The Communion of Saints at Work!

The Kidstuff Working Bee on Saturday, November 10th, was a great success as crafty kids and adults joined together to turn toques into sheep and donkey hats, coat hangers into angel wings, cardboard boxes into treasure chests, and bedsheets into cloaks.

One of the participants commented on how much fun it was to work on things like this with other people.  For so many of us, working faithfully in small churches with even smaller Sunday Schools, it can be easy to forget that we are not actually alone.  The Communion of Saints is all well and good – but sometimes, it’s really nice to be with our fellow saints face to face!
